Resort Representatives (November to April)

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated individuals to work in our European and Canadian resorts for the winter ski season of 2010/11.

Requirements:

Ability to ski to an intermediate level.
Sales experience an advantage.

As Kitchen Porter you are part of the kitchen team, keeping on top of the washing up, assisting with prep and stock control, cleaning, snow clearing, and some basic maintenance. This really is a flexible role and could be asked to help out in any area of the hotel.

As part of the Hotel team you will be responsible for all catering within the Chalet Hotel. You will be an experienced Chef with the confidence to produce tempting menus, stick to a budget and lead your kitchen team.

This is a vital role within the team as chalet holidays are all about the food! Our Head Chefs need to be able to produce fresh, varied breakfasts, homemade cakes and evening meals.

You will have a Hotel manager to report into but you will be responsible for ordering, stock taking, implemntation of food safety procedures, and budgeting.

A great role for a chef looking for a real change of scenery and ski time!

As one of teh hotel team you will have the ability to create a warm, welcoming friendly atmosphere, deliver the highest standard of customer service and coordinate all guest services, getting stuck into everyaspect of hotel work when needed. You will be personable, outgoing and courteous with strong communication and organizational abilities. Responsible for repping duties within the hotel. You will report into teh Reps Resort Manager and have a second line manager within the ChaletHotel.

Run your own catered Chalet!

Are you a keen cook? Do you love looking after people?

Being a chalet host is all about providing fabulous food, great service, a clean welcoming chalet and a smile!

We look for experienced, keen cooks with a natural ability to make people comfortable, with a good understanding of what our chalet guests are expecting. You will be responsible for cooking a 6 day menu, cleaning the chalet daily, hitting budgets with some paperwork, so will need to be organised and efficient.

The most important trait we look for is flexibility, as team work is essential!

Our Chalet managers are responsible for maintaining the standards and staff mangment within all chalets in resort. Highly motivated and enthusiastic individuals with plenty of energy required.  Responsible for all aspects of supervising and running chalet operations in resort.  Duties involve staff management, customer service, hygiene and quality control, catering supervision, general administration including controlling chalet finances and keeping accurate accounts.
