| Winter 10/11 Alongside our Head Chef you will produce fresh homemade meals morning and evening, 6 days a week. This role is ideal for someone with chef experience, but maybe looking for more of a challenge. You will be working to produce fresh menus, so lots of prep and presentation skills are needed. You are working as part of the Hotel team so will need to be customer focused and team player. As some teams are quite small everyone will be involved in all aspects of kitchen work including washing pots and keeping the kitchen areas in a clean, hygienic state. Requirements
